Mo Nammari joined Cortus Advisory Group as a Transaction Services Partner in 2026, bringing over 16 years’ experience in Financial Due Diligence and transaction advisory from his time at PwC. He has advised private equity houses, corporates and lenders on a wide range of buy-side, sell-side and refinancing transactions across the UK and international markets.

Mo has worked across a broad range of sectors including Technology, Healthcare, Business Services, Consumer and Industrials, with experience spanning the UK, Middle East and European markets. He has supported both large and mid-market private equity investors and corporates through complex transactions, leading cross-border and multi-disciplinary teams across the deal lifecycle.

Mo is passionate about helping clients protect and drive value in fast-paced deal environments, combining strong financial analysis with a commercial understanding of what drives business performance.

Based in London, Mo is focused on supporting the continued growth of Cortus’ presence in the London and South, developing relationships with private equity investors, lenders and corporate clients, and helping to expand the firm’s Transaction Services offering in the mid-market.
